  • How am I charged for the service?

    Subscription charges will be deducted directly from your prepaid mobile balance or will reflect in your post-paid bill. The service charge is weekly, and you will receive an SMS notification once the transaction is processed.

  • How do I know if my subscription has expired?

    Our auto-renewal subscription feature ensures that you enjoy uninterrupted access to MobiVidio. Your subscription will not expire unless you unsubscribe from the service.

  • How often are new channels added?

    We regularly spruce up our portfolio so there is always something new for you to watch and enjoy. Our up-to-the-minute updates ensure you never miss out on the latest in global entertainment. You will receive alerts when your favourite channels have something new on offer and when new channels are showcased on MobiVidio.

  • What do I do if a channel is not working or unavailable?

    Check your internet connection. You must be connected to the internet to enjoy uninterrupted viewing. Alternatively, you can try refreshing the service. If you still face troubleshooting issues, please get in touch with Customer Care.

  • Can I download videos to watch on my device?

    This feature is currently not available. At the moment, MobiVidio offers streaming-TV and on-demand video.

  • How much do I have to pay for the service?

    You were subscribed to the service from a promotional page that you visited. The service cost mentioned on this page is what you will be charged. Your subscription rate is also mentioned in the welcome message that you received upon subscribing, and the SMS reminders you receive from us.

  • On what grounds can I claim a refund?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, you may request a refund. Please get in touch with Customer Care who will assist you in the best way possible.

  • How do I request for a refund?

    Simply contact our Customer Care Team. Please mention the mobile number registered with the service, and an email address for us to contact you.

  • What is the minimum age criteria required to subscribe to MobiVidio?

    Our service offers content that is suitable for all ages. However, as a subscriber, you must be 18+ or have received permission from your parents or legal guardian, or anyone authorized to pay your bill.

  • Which devices work with MobiVidio?

    MobiVidio can be easily accessed from your desktop, mobile phone or tablet. The service is compatible with all mobile devices (smartphones and feature phones). The best user experience is through smartphones, and requires 3G and up.
